A insurance policy will ensure that any damage or loss to the property itself is protected. It also will give you liability in case someone is injured on your property.

Close.

You will need to ensure that your credit is maintainted to ensure your funding is secured. There will be a surver, appraisal, title search, and final check of your finances during the closing process. We will make sure that you are kept up to date through this process. You will want to do a final walk through, obtain certified funds for closing, and communicate with us ensuring all your documents are in place and in order.
On closing day, you will sign documents that finilize your mortgage, pay the seller, pay closing cost, transers title, and have the process recorded as a public record.
