Matt has been in the real estate industry for 6 years. Matt was born and raised in Jackson, TN. He went to highschool at Jackson Christain school and then went to the University of TN at Chattanooga for College. He came home once he saw a future in real estate with his family. Matt married a Jackson native, Lindsay Reid. Matt & Lindsay just had their first baby boy in August 2019! Matt brings an in depth marketing approach to the Reid | Nelson Team that has allowed them to continue their 10 year run as Central West TN's Number 1 Real Estate team.

David Nelson

David Nelson

David was born and raised in Milan, TN and attended school in Gibson and in Milan. After highschool David attended college at The University of Tenn at Martin. David made the best decision of his life and married is sweetheart Gail. David and Gail have two children, Jason and Stacy who are their pride and joy! David has been selling real estate for over 48 years! David specializes in land sales. He also worked for the federal land bank for 5 years making farm and rural home loans! Norman also been selling real estate for 23 years with Hickman Realty Group and is an expert on residential sales.
